Haven’t received it yet?
If it’s been over 6 months since your payment, your refund may be processed via PayPal or Zelle.

Refund looks different than expected?
Remember, the 4% credit card fee isn’t refundable.

Canceled a booking with a payment plan?
No worries — all future payments will be stopped automatically once your reservation is canceled.
