Can I request a refund?

Cancellation Within 24 Hours

ALL SALES FINAL. MODIFICATIONS TO ROOMS ARE NOT POSSIBLE UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED. This includes changes to dates and adding or removing guests. Please ensure your reservation details are accurate before finalizing.

Only if allowed and specified in the booking description, reservations made at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled check-in date may be eligible for a refund if canceled within 24 hours of the reservation being placed unless the reservation was made under a Refundable Rate. Reservations made under the Refundable Rate, if offered, are eligible for a refund until the refundable rate cutoff date specified in the confirmation email.

Refundable Rates

Reservations made under the Refundable Rate are eligible for refunds up until the refundable rate cut-off date specified in the confirmation email. However, please note that the refund will exclude all taxes, fees, and any specific extra-related charges.

$99 Down Payment

If payment plans are available you'll be requested to make a $99 down payment. The down payment and all installments are non-refundable unless canceled within the first 24 hours of booking.
