Why doesn't the hotel have my reservation on file?

Not to worry! If you have received your Crewfare® confirmation code via email, your room is reserved. The confirmation number that Crewfare® provides is different from the one the hotel has on file. The hotel reservation code will be emailed to you closer to the event. If you need any assistance with your reservation in the meantime, please contact our support team.
