Whenever a reservation is made through our portal, Crewfare assumes full responsibility for said reservation. Consequently, all policies enforced by Crewfare apply without exception.


All communications, inquiries, or requests related to reservations must be directed to Crewfare directly. No communication with the hotel management or hotel representatives regarding payments, refunds, cancellations, or room changes shall be considered valid. Additionally, Crewfare is not responsible for any information provided by hotel representatives about our guests' reservations.


This policy ensures efficient management of our reservations and enhances our operational effectiveness. 


This policy applies to all Crewfare reservations with no exceptions.
