If you elect to use our payment plan, if available, which allows you to pay over time via installments for an additional fee, and a payment installment is declined, we may make two more attempts using the payment method provided. If the two subsequent attempts to receive payment are unsuccessful, the reservation will be canceled. All standard cancellation terms will apply.


When international guests check out, the payment schedule will show you the applicable payment schedule in the local currency applying an estimated conversion rate. The conversion fee is just an estimate. Prior to completing your purchase, we encourage all customers to confirm the applicable conversion fee that the bank will charge them for the transaction or if a foreign conversion fee will apply to the transaction. Crewfare® will not be responsible for any additional conversion fees charged by any banking institution. All conversion fees are non-refundable.
