Cancellation Within 24 Hours
If you decide to cancel within the initial 24 hours of your booking, you're eligible for a full refund of your reservation. Post the 24-hour mark, all rooms become non-refundable unless you've opted for the refundable rates fee during your checkout.
Refundable Rates
Reservations made under the Refundable Rate are eligible for refunds up until 30 days before the scheduled check-in or extras date. However, please note that the refund will exclude all taxes, fees, and any specific extra-related charges.
$99 Down Payment
If payment plans are available you'll be requested to make a $99 down payment. The down payment and all installments are non-refundable unless canceled within the first 24 hours of booking.
