Our international customers should note that the conversion rates used by banks may differ from the ones displayed by Crewfare®. Additionally, the banks may charge a foreign conversion fee, based on their current conversion rate. These fees are regulated by the banks and not Crewfare®.
All pricing and charges offered as part of our Services are reflected and/or processed using the U.S. dollar as the applicable currency. Please note that the conversion fee is just an estimate. Prior to completing your purchase, we encourage all customers to confirm the applicable conversion fee that the bank will charge them for the transaction or if a foreign conversion fee will apply to the transaction. We will not be responsible for any additional conversion fees charged by any banking institution.
All conversion fees are non-refundable. This applies similarly to international customers taking advantage of the "Payment Plan Policies."
