Hey there! All changes depend on availability, but we’re super flexible — you can change names, dates, add extras, and more!
30 days before check-in: Most changes are super easy! Just log in to your Manage Reservations Portal, click Edit Reservation, and make the updates you need.
If “Edit Reservation” isn’t available: This could be due to hotel availability or because it’s too close to your check-in date — no worries! Just reach out to us, and we’ll take care of it.
You can send us an email to support@crewfare.com with the name of the event you are attending to, your Crewfare Confirmation number, and the changes that you need, and we'll do our best to make sure you are all set!
