Can I add a guest to my reservation?

30+ days before check-in:

• You can add a guest directly in your Manage Reservations Portal.

• How to do it:

  1. Log in to the portal with your confirmation email.

  2. Select Edit Reservation.

  3. Enter the new guest’s full name and any required info.

  4. Save your changes — done!

14 days or less before check-in:

• Checking in together: Don’t worry! If you’re checking in at the same time, only the main guest’s name needs to be on the reservation.

• Not checking in together: You’ll need to send us the full guest info via email at support@crewfare.com, and we’ll handle it for you.
